Our journey together began in the first grade. Over the years, friendship turned into love, but one thing remained constant: our shared passion for meaningful experiences. Coffee has always been at the heart of it.

Bitter Waters Coffee was born in our home, shaped by countless hours of roasting, cupping, experimenting, and dreaming. What began as a small passion project quickly evolved into a mission to craft honest, flavour-forward coffees that reflect the land they come from and the hands that nurture them.

We source only the finest beans that are traceable, ethical, and speciality-grade and roast them in small batches with care and intention. Every cup from Bitter Waters is rooted in curiosity, craftsmanship, and deep respect for the process.
