A single-origin coffee from Ratnagiri Estate built for the espresso lovers. This cup delivers a smooth, velvety body with notable complexity. Notes of bright raspberry tartness, followed by rich chocolate depth and a long, sweet caramel finish. Highly expressive and exceptionally balanced.
Designed as an espresso, it performs beautifully both as a straight shot and in milk-based drinks, retaining its sweetness and complexity.

The Sequential Inoculated Mosto Dark Room Washed process uses carefully cultivated mosto from previous fermentations to sequentially inoculate the coffee in a temperature-controlled dark room, enhancing fruit expression, sweetness, and clarity.

Refunds & Replacements

While we do not accept returns, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives in a damaged condition or if you receive the wrong product or grind size, please get in touch with us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.
