Every bag of coffee is freshly roasted in small batches, specifically for you. Because of the perishable nature of our product and our commitment to freshness, we do not offer cancellations or accept returns once an order is placed.
Refunds & Replacements
While we do not accept returns, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives in a damaged condition or if you receive the wrong product or grind size, please get in touch with us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.
We will offer a refund or replacement only in the following cases:
- The item received is damaged or spoiled
- You received the wrong product
- You received the wrong grind size

Order Processing & Shipping
All orders are processed within four working days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes between 3 and 5 days, depending on your location.
While we strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery, please note that we cannot guarantee the exact arrival date of your order.
As soon as your order is picked up by our delivery partner, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
