A Note From the Source

Process includes Double Anaerobic fermentation, first of whole fruit and then of beans after pulping with SC 10%; Thermal shock drying between fermentations; Slow drying under the shade for 25 to 28 days.

Refunds & Replacements

While we do not accept returns, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives in a damaged condition or if you receive the wrong product or grind size, please get in touch with us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.

You received the wrong product
You received the wrong grind size
